Program Overview
XYZ Corporation brought a total of 300 participants from 5 different
North American regions to Ft. Lauderdale, FL to learn the message:
"A Step Ahead” Listen,
Respond, Deliver
The goal for XYZ Corporation
was to re-introduce the idea of the customer and the importance
of the customer. They accomplished
this by using a variety of formats: General Sessions with exciting
